The Juniper Networks Secure Services Gateway 20 (SSG 20) is a security product that delivers a mixture of performance, security and LAN/WAN connectivity for small offices and small business environments. Traffic flowing in and out of a branch office can be protected from worms, Spyware, Trojans, and malware by a complete set of security features. These security features include firewall, IPSec VPN, IPS, Antivirus, Anti-Spam, and Web Filtering.

The set of security features allows the SSG 20 to be installed as a stand alone network protection device. The SSG 20 can also be installed as a conventional branch office router. Additionally, it can be used as a combination security and routing device which helps reduce IT costs and operational expenses. The SSG 20 is a modular platform.
