The HP 9000 server family features computing with the HP PA-8900 processors
and the mission-critical ready HP-UX 11i operating system. New models make the
HP 9000 family stronger. These new mid-range and Superdome systems, with the HP
sx2000 chipset, deliver even higher availability and performance, while lowering
the overall total cost of ownership and delivering better business outcomes. The
HP e3000 N-Class Servers are the new mid-range and high-end HP e3000 Servers
which replaces the 9x9KS and 997 servers with performance between 9 and 72.
These servers come in 1 to 4-way multi-processing configurations using 220, 330,
440 and 550 MHz PA-8500 and PA-8600 processors.
